Farmland out of reach for all but the mega wealthy

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is on a reckless path of selling off our precious agricultural lands to corporate interests, leading to farmland scarcity and driving the price of these properties through the roof, so that only the mega wealthy will be able to purchase them in the future.  This trend has slowly been gaining steam throughout the last few decades but now its full steam ahead.   I'm sharing an article about multi-billionaire Bill Gates who now is the biggest owner of farmland in the United States.
